We’ll make sure you have one less thing to worry about with our Rental Property Program, which covers an array of pests but focuses on the two that tenants complain about the most: ants and cockroaches.

Covers ants (not carpenter), fire ants (perimeter only), spiders, scorpions, earwigs, crickets, cockroaches, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, paper wasps, pillbugs, and springtails
Convenient and effective outside treatments – your tenants don’t even have to be home
Inside treatments whenever needed by tenants
We allow the property manager to determine the frequency of treatment, but we recommend twice per year
